Okay, okay. I have a signed Letter of Intent according to my partner. BUT like I said before I am STILL waiting...now mind you..I am new at this...I am sure that as I make my millions, I will become WELL automated. But for now, I have to keep cranking things out by hand..
SO, I am still waiting, still waiting for us to:
1. Get a contract to the seller and have our lawyers fight it out (of course, it is not my lawyer, but my partners) this is a GENUINE JOINT VENTURE project...one where I do the LOI's, Business Plans and general set-up and he does the negotiations and provides the knowledge of buildings and such..
2.Get a site visit in, and actually SEE the property..The last one we ACTUALLY SAW..needed HELP. The property had not been managed by the owners properly, there was trash everywhere. THE janitors that should have worked there(there were supposed to be 3 of them) were NOT working..AND we found out that it had a PVC pipe problem worth about 400K to fix..
So, I am still waiting FOR ONE deal, just ONE to go all the way through..I will keep you posted..
